CHRISTELLE PANSEGROUW obtained her BComm (Law) degree at Stellenbosch in 1998. After completing her degree, she worked in London and returned in 2002 to complete her LLB and articles at Rabie & Rabie Attorneys. She has been practicing as an Attorney and Conveyancer since her admission in the High Court in 2005. In 2009 she started her own firm, C Pansegrouw Attorneys. She has also been admitted as Notary in 2019. She has built a very successful practice through the years which specializes in all areas of property law and conveyancing as well as deceased estates.
HEIDI BASSON is a qualified attorney with a strong background in law, banking and real estate. She obtained her BComm Law LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 1998. After completing her articles of clerkship, she was admitted as an attorney in January 2002.
Heidi began her professional career in the legal field before expanding her expertise into private banking. In 2003, she joined Investec Private Bank in Cape Town as a private banker. She later furthered her banking career at RMB Private Bank in Tygervalley, where she gained valuable experience in banking practices, risk and credit procedures, forex applications and the structuring of finance transactions.
In 2019, Heidi transitioned into the real estate sector, joining a property company as a legal and compliance consultant. In this role, she managed all legal and regulatory matters, further broadening her legal expertise in the commercial property space.
As a dedicated professional and working mother, Heidi views conveyancing as an ideal career path that allows her to blend her legal acumen with her organizational strengths and client-focused approach. Her attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and natural ability to engage with clients are core to her success in the legal profession.
